Other World Computing has expanded its offer with an external Blu-ray Mercury Pro 12X, compatible with both PC and Mac.
The device has up to four interfaces: USB 2.0, FireWire 400, FireWire 800 and eSATA. They are equipped in the 8MB cache. You can record a speed of 12X drives for BD-R drives, 2X for BD-RE. DVD-R / + R are fired at a rate of 16X, DVD + R / + R DL and DVD + RW – 8X, DVD-RW – 6X, DVD-RAM – 5X, CD-R – 40X, and CD-RW — 24X
Apple has officially acknowledged that the latest product MacBook Air has a serious structural defects.
The manufacturer advises that when the closed notebook is connected an external monitor is rapidly declining coverage and transfer-in Wi-Fi in the 2.4 GHz band. The same problem occurs when your computer is working simultaneously with multiple devices. Most likely the problem is due to too low intensity of the current supplied to the Wi-Fi system in the above-mentioned situations.
